Update!

Hi guys!

So I know that this has been a little bare, but now that VTLX is really starting to roll we wanted to let you know a little bit of what is going on...

We go live on January 2nd!

A lot of us will be at Lindy Focus (www.lindyfocus.com) so January 1st is going to be a day of driving and recuperating from a week of amazing dancing and dancers. Registration will open up at 7:00 pm ET on Sunday, January 2, 2011.

Prices have been set!

First 25 people (or until the end of January, whichever comes first) to sign up will get the early bird price of $30.00!

But fret not. We are all struggling in this economy and this exchange is being hosted by a bunch of poor college students so the regular price is still a low, low $35.00!

There will also be an option to just pay for the dances and skip all the incidentals.

Please be aware that there will probably be a processing fee, but we'll definitely post that here before it all goes live.

Bands! and yes, that is plural...

That's right people, we are going to have two, count 'em TWO hot bands playing for us on our inaugural year! Details are still pending so check back and we will announce the names as soon as everything is finalized.

Housing

There will be limited free housing so request it early. We have also received a big fat discount from a local hotel, $79.00 per night for the first 10 rooms that get picked up and only $89.00 per night for the next 30. The hotel has been recently remodeled and looks amazing. Great amenities and walking distance to a lot of the venues (if you don't mind walking).

DJs

If you are interested in DJing, please contact us! Plenty of DJ opportunities for local and out of town DJs.

Volunteering

We will definitely need volunteers and you will get credit for every hour that you volunteer so if you are looking to stretch your budget, that will be an option.
